Returns & Exchanges

All Luma Jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, an exchange may be considered on a case-by-case basis or if a product arrives damaged (within 7 days of delivery). 

To request an exchange, please contact us via email at support@lumajewelry.store within 7 days of delivery.

Note: If a product is damaged due to improper care or misuse by the customer, Luma is not responsible for exchanges.

After 7 days from delivery, exchanges will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Luma Jewelry.

Once payment is received, we’ll email you the return label. After we receive the item and assess its condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
